Awards & Honors for the Saluda-Reedy Watershed Consortium

The Saluda-Reedy Watershed Consortium was honored by the South Carolina Wildlife Federation as the Conservation Organization of the Year for 2005 at the annual awards banquet held in January 2006. The Saluda-Reedy Watershed Consortium joins the ranks of other conservation organizations throughout the state that have been honored by the SC Wildlife Federation for outstanding contributions to conservation in SC for more than 40 years.

Also in January 2006, the Saluda-Reedy Watershed Consortium was featured on Clemson University's Your Day radio program when the project manager, Jennifer Rennicks from Upstate Forever, talked with Dr. Bob Becker, Director of the Strom Thurmond Institute at Clemson University on Monday, January 30, 2006.
